• Products and Orders

Products view online might differ in color to product(s) deliver because of pixilation from camera or brightness adjustment to your computer screen. Orders places on our website will have an electronic confirmation sent to your email address or file or to the email address you provided. The product displayed on U.S. site might be out of stock or discontinued, as a reason of weekly website update.

• Prices

When making purchases on our U.S. website, all prices are made in U.S. Currency (The Dollar). The sub-total does not include the final amount due. At ‘Checkout”, the final includes the sub-total, and sales taxes in accordance with local and state regulations subject to your shipping address.

• Cost of Shipping

We do have categories of shipping costs. Shipping cost accessed to you is based on your shipping preference. Your responsible for the shipping cost associated with the delivery of the product. Orders that are 5 days or more a “Complimentary” and are not accessed cost.

• Shipment and Delivery

Once a shipment has gone cleared our fulfilment center, delivery is completed and signed by you or authorized personnel by you from our carrier, you bear all risk and loss to the product at that point on.

• Return and Refund

• Severability

If a competent court of law rules that the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is illegal, invalid, and unenforceable, the rest of the provision of the Terns and Condition of Sale shall continue to be in full force as permitted by law.

If fulfilment of order placed or due to mother nature of any occurrence or circumstances beyond our control, Provider is not liable.
